From first call to final strike.

Exhibitions are daunting. For many of our clients a stand is the biggest marketing spend of their year, and it has to work on the day. Here is exactly what happens, in order โ€” design, build, delivery, installation, strike and storage โ€” and who is responsible at each step.

Designed in days, built in hours

Tell us about your show.

The show, the space, the date, and what the stand has to do for you. If you have a floor plan or the exhibitor manual, send it and we will start there.

One person takes your job from this call and stays with it to the end.

We shape it around your message.

We work out what to say, how to say it in a space, and what will actually draw people in. You get drawings and visuals of your stand in days, with a clear scope and a price that covers it.

If a design has nothing special in it, something has been missed, and we go back to what you are trying to say.

You see it built before the show.

We put your stand up full size at our warehouse, check it and photograph it. Come and walk round it if you can. Changes happen here, on home ground, not on the show floor with the doors about to open.

We build it, in hours.

A crew lead owns your build on site, with the authority to put things right there and then. The frame goes together by hand, without tools, so a stand is up in hours rather than days.

Every build has its risk assessment and method statement, because venues and clients depend on them.

You run your show. We stay on the phone.

We treat your show as if our name were on the stand. If something needs attention while the doors are open, the same person you have dealt with all along picks up.

We strike it, and it all comes back.

Nobody strikes a stand alone, and nothing goes in a skip. The frame returns to our racks and goes out again. Your exhibition graphics can stay with us, stored and ready, so your next show costs less than your first.

Why it costs less than it looks.

We own what we build with.

Our frame, lighting and flooring are bought and paid for. So your stand costs print, crew and transport, not structure. That is how the price stays fair and the finish stays high.

The same kit builds stages, sets and branded spaces for events, which keeps it working between shows and keeps our prices where they are.
