Whole shows. Built by one crew, to one standard.
An alternative to shell scheme for organisers and event owners who need every exhibition stand in the hall, the stage, the lighting, the screens and the floor delivered together, on one date, by one team.
37 stands. One stage. One weekend.
Our first whole-show build was a tattoo convention: thirty-seven 3 × 3 metre stands, each with its own lighting, screen and black vinyl tile floor, plus the main stage, delivered as one job.
One plan, one crew list, one person for the organiser to call. Every stand to the same standard, ready before the doors opened, and struck and back on our racks afterwards.
- 373 × 3 m stands

The build, and the show.
Photographs from the weekend: the hall before the doors, the stage, the detail, and the show open.
A hall that looks designed, not assembled.
The same slim black frame throughout gives your show a finish that plain shell scheme cannot, while every exhibitor's own brand still leads on their stand.
Stands, stage, lighting, screens, flooring.
Priced and planned together, from one supplier, so there is one contract to sign and one crew on the floor.
Your exhibitors buy once and arrive to a stand that is ready.
Space and stand sold together. Graphics fitted, lights on, floor down, nothing for them to build. An easier sell for you and a better first show for them.
We can take an area of your floor and fill it.
We build it out and sell space and stand together, so a part of the hall that is hard to sell becomes a feature.
Stages, sets and branded spaces.
The same kit builds award stages, product launches, activations and pop-ups. If it needs a structure, graphics and light, we can build it.
One plan, one crew list, one person.
You deal with one person from the first floor plan to the last van leaving, and they answer the phone.
Safe, tidy and gone when we said.
Every build is planned to reuse stock, cut waste and keep people safe. Nothing is left behind and nothing goes in a skip, which venues notice.
Booking a whole show.
We take on a limited number of whole-show builds each year, so the earlier we talk, the better.
