Spaces for people. Brands for tomorrow.

We design, build and hire modular exhibition stands and event environments across the country, from reusable stock we own.

Why we started

We kept seeing the same thing at shows. Big brands with big-builder stands, built once and skipped on the last night. Everyone else in a white shell scheme with a trestle table, because the only alternative cost more than the space. There was no middle ground for the small or medium-sized business that wanted a stand worth walking onto at a price that made sense.

Exhibitions are daunting. A stand is often the biggest marketing spend of a company's year, and it has to work on the day. Our job is to guide you through it, turn up, deliver what we promised and make your brand look bigger than its budget.

Why we do it this way

The industry throws too much away, and charges too much for what it throws away. Every stand we build comes back to our warehouse and goes out again. Reuse is how we are built, not a claim we make about ourselves.

Purpose and profit point the same way here. Owned, reusable stock is what keeps our prices fair and our work out of the skip. It is also what makes them sustainable exhibition stands in the only sense that counts: the same frame goes out again and again, and almost nothing is thrown away when a show comes down.

Spaces for people. Brands for tomorrow.

Our values.

Five of them. Each one should be visible on a build day, not only in what we say about ourselves.

Impactful

We take a square of floor and make it sell.

Every stand is shaped around the client's message, so a visitor sees their brand first, not our system.

Dedicated

We look after clients through a stressful process.

From first call to final strike, they always know who is responsible, and that person answers the phone.

Responsible

What we build comes back and goes out again.

We plan every build to reuse stock, cut waste and keep people safe on site.

Invested

We treat a client's show as if our name were on the stand.

Their brand leads, and we earn the next booking by how we deliver this one.

Meticulous

Nothing leaves our warehouse untested.

Every stand is mocked up, checked and photographed before it goes, so show day holds no surprises.

Two things we don't tolerate: poor communication, and work that falls short of our values.

The best person in the right role

We look for people who can be trusted on a live site at six in the morning: organised, calm under pressure and good with their hands. People leaving the armed forces have a route in at FLEX, because discipline, teamwork and an instinct for planning are exactly what a show floor rewards.

Everyone is judged on the same three things: safe work, a clean finish and seeing the job through.

The same ladder, for everyone

  1. Managing director
  2. Operations lead
  3. Site lead
  4. Crew lead
  5. Senior fitter
  6. Fitter
  7. Trainee fitter

Giving forward.

We give back with what we are good at: our kit and our crews. When a good cause needs a stand, a stage or a backdrop, we lend it free where we can and at cost where we can't, so they look as professional as the brands around them.

People just out of service can find short-term work on our builds while they work out what comes next, with training that counts wherever they go, and a ladder for those who want to stay.

Hold us to it.

The quickest way to test a set of values is to give them a job.
